I've never used one of these. Have you? Might be easier to do skull-crushers with this, since it looks like it kinda wraps around your skull. lol
These things are $40 shipping on eGay.
I've tried one of those and didn't really like it that much. Depends if you need the extra forearm flexibility.
I have one and yes it does kinda wrap around your skull when doing skullcrushers. Using a straight bar for skullcrushers irritated my elbow a bit, the supercurl did not.
