Somebody posted a thread asking if you ever work the same bodypart two days in a row.
I did this for a few months back in 2004.
I would just totally massacre my arms.... and then do it again the next day.
Once every two weeks.
I ended up adding about 1.5 inches to my arms in like.... 4.5 months.

u know, its weird... i was told by a trainer once that i should do the same exercise routine twice a day... like chest/tri in morning then same chest/tri in the evening.., i thought this was a little strange, but never got the time to actually give it a shot

I know they weren't HUGE but... I DID make major gains pretty quickly.

i would rather just work them like i normally do and get even gains throughout my upper body.
Reps if you list out both bicep AND tricep exercise's for da massacre!
