Applying for job at guitar store....
Applying for job at guitar store....
Worked as a Land Surveyor for years.... money was good with all the out of town work but... got sick of working with dickholes. The boss' kids... seriously... you've never met a more assininely retarded 27 year old hillbilly hick!
Anyways... figure I'll work selling musical equipment for awhile.
Really, the interview is where the deal is done but...
What's something that's gonna catch their attention in the cover letter?
Blah, blah, blah....
"I would be proud(?) to be a member of the sales team here at XX music"
"I feel that I could.... "
Cripes! I never know what to say with these things.
--------------------------
Jokes are all well and good but some serious help would be appreciated.
uh...maybe "I feel that (by having this job) i will be able to apply my musical knowledge (of the guitar?) and People skillzzz to help persuade costumers into making the right choices for their musical instruments and equipment purchases."
to work in a guitar shop you need to know about guitars. Plain and simple. You need to be a guitarist or well educated in the instrument to sell them. They dont give a **** if youre the worlds greatest salesman, you need to know what youre talking about.
