anyone have any nifty things to combine with this cereal? just eating it straight is pretty similar to eating tree bark and the only thing that seems to help me get it down is eating it with yogurt. i wanted to try it for breakfast but as a cereal with just milk it's pretty rough.

Like you, I usually eat some in yogurt. Eating it plain though is fine for me. It actually feels like you're eating something substantial and filling, unlike a lot of other cereals. Sometimes when making a PB sandwich, instead of using two slices of bread, I use just one slice and sprinkle the cereal on top.

If you dont love it dont eat it, it isnt great for you.

Instead of milk I use unsweetened soy milk and casein protein mix and it certainly overrides the flavor from whatever cereal I happen to be eating.

I use a scoop of whey and skim milk in mine. Or sometimes I'll use No Sugar added yogurt with it as well and a little cinnamon.

Kashi Golean + Cottage cheese + cinnamon and splenda = one great tasting snack.

Kashi GoLean are not that good.. I'd stick with oats. But I've used to eat it with banana, bluberries and raspberries + whey scoop with milk this was nice. I've replaced it with oats .. way better.
