Need a fix to this - pics included
2 Attachment(s) I'm 5'8, 135, and I just lost about 30ish pounds of fat. I'm going to start bulking soon, but first I need to understand how to fix this little problem. My upper body looks extremely strange. Right above the belly button there is a big dip, and right above that theres an area that sticks out far. How do I flatten this out?
Heres some pics included. Help would REALLY be appreciated.
That little dip is the least of your worries. You look pretty normal to me, just need to add muscle to that frame.

looks just like ab muscle sticking out.. that'd be more a posture thing if anything, theres a technique where u breathe u can suck in your lower gut and expand the upper, i can do it easy.. thats what it looks like you're doing there
forget your frame man fix the walls in your basement it looks like the movie set of SAW. lol. jk. You lost alot of weight so once you start bulking and building muscle on your entire body you'll start looking sharp. Congrats on the cut.

I think what you have is referred to as the ping pong hump.
lol i get that sometimes.....when I EAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! its your stomach
Stomach vacuums may help.
That was my first thought, had you just ate? That's what it looks like to me. Once you get more muscle it wont be so obvious :)
