What foods have what caloric intake?
I hear that I need to cut my diet and have X amount of calories a day. However I have no clue what my foods have in calories. Any idea of a good chart? How about the next few items?
1 Egg
1 Chicken Breast
1 serving of rice (the size of a fist)
1 serving of veggies (the size of a fist)
1/4 pound of Boars Head sliced turkey
thats about 14 calories.

white rice?-205 cals, .5 grams of fat 45.5 g of carbs per cup
What type of vegies? butter put on them? cooked? raw?
For the meat it varies but try www.calorieking.com for your nutrition info and look at the side of the boxes/bags for nutrition info.

Because when you put in food calorie chart in google the very first thing that comes up is an extensive chart. I'm sorry for being a prick, I probably over stepped.

They each have 13.564 cals a item, thats today and tommorow it will magically change to 15.545 cals an item :)

I've found it's helped using http://fitday.com . Fairly easy way to keep track of what you're eating as well as the calories you're burning.
I've tested a couple and www.thedailyplate.com is the easiest for finding different foods.
