Guys Im still researching for my first cycle. I plan to start the first of the year. This gives me time to nail my diet even better, and put together the best workout for me. Anyway Test e is my choice (so far). 250mg/ml 10ml vial. So if the dosage is 500 a week then a 10ml vial will last 5 weeks?
As far as PCT is concerned the let say the first we i use 40 of Nolva, then is that daily or just for that week?

I would say def go with a 20ml or 2 10ml's.....and get some nolva or something for your PCT.

I had my nolva but didnt have "possesion" of it and it got resold and I had to go almost 4 weeks after my last shot until I got a hold of some. so it sounds silly but have everything before you start.
you never quite get 10cc's out of a 10cc bottle. i can vouch for that, one lab i bought off of, i got 8ml out of a 10ml bottle lol.
