Another bulking diet question
Since this is my first bulking program I was just wandering if its ok to do cardio 2 or 3 times a week on rest days? and how long do you usually go on a bulking diet?

u go on a bulk until u achieve the amnt of weight u wnt to gain..... for bulking i would reccomend maybe 1-2 days of cardio AT MOST.. usually 1 is enough.. 2 is really pushing it.. on ur days off ur supposed to rest and just eat and reful ur body for grueling workouts.. eat big to lift big and get big.. bottom line thats ur motto
dont worry so much about fat gain.. ur young and ur metabolism is crazy fast.. so just enjoy ur food.. keep it clean.. and workout hard.. and sleep a lot

sure do cardio, just make sure at the end of the day you are in caloric surplus. try HIIT and stop bulking when you reach your goal.
