So, I've been dating a girl when I was still skinny fat. Now that I'm getting bigger and looking better, is it time to trade up? ;)

You were with her... but now because you made a life changing decision to actually take care of yourself you want to get rid of her? Why were you with her to begin with?
as the Poster above stated - you're an empty shell, mate. There must've been something that had drawn you to her since the beginning... find that something again. If you're concerned about her weight (if that's the issue)... tell her you love being with her and insist she come work out during the time you do.
put it in a nice way though and make sure you don't mention her weight (if it's a problem) ... ask her to join you because you think it'll be healthy... people get older their bodies begin breaking down, but to maintain homeostasis you need to care for the body through cardiovascular aerobic training and anaerobic resistance training.
