So today is my bicep/back day and the last time I worked em out was 3 days ago. For some reason they are still sore, should I go or not?

Looking at your stats you are probably trying to bulk, you need more days off before you hit the same body part if this is a consistent problem because you need to be lifting heavy. If you really cant lift today then go and get in some cardio.
