i was given a book, which was basically describing a product that FIZOGEN sells, and it apparently is a legal steroid, vitamin b-13.
long story short, vitamin b13, also known as orotic acid, is quite new, and not much is known about it. it has very anabolic properties though.
can anybody tell me any more about it, or refer me to a place where i might learn some more?
I dont believe that it is new, although the company may be making out to be for sales purposes. In reality though, its actually not considered a vitamin, the body produces it and it is generally used to transport minerals throughout your system and increase oral bioavailability, but this wouldnt lead to it being called a steroid. Perhaps they are using it in another supplement to this effect, but on its own, it is nothing to be impressed by.

It assists the absorption of essential nutrients especially calcium and magnesium and helps the production of genetic material.
