I'm becoming puzzled.
I didn't work out for a couple weeks due to injury now it's better. I ate lower calories, but it was a bit sudden... going from 3400ish to 2100-2500ish.
Point is... I gained some fat over my abs. had a fourpack, now it's a two pack. I'd like to kick the bit of fat again and get the abs showin' again
I think it may have been a metabolism crash which will even itself out as i eat 5-7 smaller meals a day and continue to work out again.
Any tips for fixing this? I eat clean. Watch the carbs... lift 5 days a week.
I don't do cardio, it's been a very long time since I have done any. Does HIIT burn muscle or can it burn the fat while doing it?
