I think the way people look says a lot about the person.

if I see some kid with dyed pink hair and has like 15 earrings in his nose, ears, lips, butt ect, and body is filled with tatoos, I will usually avoid him...unless he speaks to me directly.

First impressions matters a lot. Once you've made the first impression and the person has formed their opinion of you it's much harder for them to change their mind once they've received more information and found out what you're really like.
So if you make a bad first impression it will take a bit more work to "fix" any misconceptions formed during that period.

I used to be bothered by gothic people but most of them are nice but they just have problems. The people who bother me the most are people who dress like gangbangers who obviously come from normal families. I cant stand wiggers and blacks, asians, Jews etc wearing urban wear with their hats on sideways and huge baggy shirts and pants hanging to their knees. The other day I see this philipino kid wearing a black t-shirt, blue jeans and black shoes with a black hat sideways and it was like 110 degrees out plus he had a look on his face like "i am going to **** anyone up." This is the type of crap that makes me want to deport all of the minorities to Siberia because in California this is the culture they are ushering in.

I have never been 'repped' as someone to avoid or not count on...even my friends parents heartily approve(d) of me! hehe! Seems they all saw through my 'rebel' image! Doh!

Subhanallah Punk, psychobilly...lol...but it was innocent stuff then, not any 'angst' or harm being caused to anyone...and ironically...I used to wear long loose blouses with long flowing skirts...so errr little did I know it, but I was pretty modest really! My mum used to ask why I 'hid' my body away, especially when my friends were wearing tight short skirts and figure hugging pants and flesh revealing tops... I guess I always had a sense of needing to be covered! :D
