This one stuck with me, a guy years ago squatting 4 plates for 10 or so reps, several sets, absolutely textbook, raw, and the most impressive thing was that he didnt look at all like a bodybuilder or plifter, more like a cyclist,average height 170-180 pounds. And it looked just effortless, twas a thing of beauty......

once i saw a 40 year old man make his 10 year old son do 135 lbs squats...the kid looked like his back was about to snap but i was still impressed...ill bet the kid hasnt grown an inch since!

i DL like 7 plates 6 times, dropped it on the floor, everyone looked, gym was packed, walked out like an alpha male. im only 190. 5'10
i've seen a guy about 200 pounds bench 425x5 and squat 375x20 (not on the same day).
i've seen another guy who was probably about 220 knock out shrugs with 9 plates on each side like it was nothing.
i've seen a 97 pound girl squat 365 (yes, world class powerlifter)(no didn't hit that much in a meet)
treadmill
a v nice chick who tripped over on the treadmill, rolled around on the floor for a few seconds, quickly jumped back on and promptly fell straight off again.
Gym was packed. Never saw her again unfortunately.

This short, skinny black guy named Lawrence was working out with another jacked up guy named "Steel". They were doing squats, and they were REPPING 600lbs. Steel was about 260lbs, and he was jacked. He is what you call swole... But Lawrence..... He was about 170lbs when wet, and he was repping 600lbs... Everyone in the gym was staring at them. I'm not lying either. It took them about 15 minutes to wrap up their knees before they did it, but they did it.
