Losing to much weight?

Losing to much weight?
Hmmm Well after losing 77 lbs recently ive noticed that even though i feel and look alot smaller then i use to be i also dont have the strength i use to, Is it possible i lost too much weight and too much muscle mass?

Answer:

yes it is very possible, how quick did you lose it?

Answer:

ummm
i lost 77 lbs in a lil over 4 months.

Answer:

77 lbs is a ridiculous amount of weight to lose in 2 months. although it is not a bad thing if you were really over weight to begin with. anytime you lose that much weight you are bound to lose muscle and therefore strength. i cut 20 lbs in 2 months and lifted during my cut. i lost lots muscle mass because all my lifts went down in weight. anyways if you want to get your strength back up and keep the weight off try lifting more and less diet and cardio.

Answer:

bulking
Well i just started a bulking cycle, i want to get back to my beginning weight, but without all the fat.

Answer:

77 lbs in 4 months? what did u do? deprive ur body of food or just overtrain or both?
bro doing that prob shot ur metabolism making it hard to bulk back up! that is insane? what the hell did you do?
that is really unhealthy and could have some serious side effects
when u burn that many lbs/calories off ur body so fast ur body is going to use ur muscle and burn it for energy because ur body was completly depleted of macros to burn such as carbs / proteins/ fats.. causing ur muscle mass to be taken off ur body.. the same thing happened to me as i lost 90 lbs over about 10 -11 months.. i know where ur coming from
now im trying to bulk and its harder then hell because of the fear of being fat again

Answer:

my diet
Yeah ok it was WAY unhealthy and prolly partially an eating disorder but
700 calories a day
Hot rox extreme 2 tabs 2x a day
50mg Ephedrine 2 x a day
a gallon a water a day
and as much cardio as i could do without passing out.
that was the first month, after that i went just to hot rox extreme and went back to my normal diet and kept up the cardio

Answer:

Fear
Yeah thats my biggest fear to, is ending up right back where i started overweight and fat

Answer:

700 calories and as much cardio? u prob just caused a massive blow to not only ur body nutritonally wise, but prob shot down ur metabolism
trying to bulk will be hard to start off.. and u prob ended up carb depriving ur body.. expect some weird gains at first.. it may take a while for ur body to re-adjust just some words of advice

good luck
