sharp pain in head while doing squats
has this ever happened to anyone before and what did you do

has this ever happened to anyone before and what did you do What the hell are you squatting on?(no homo)
could be low blood sugar or clenching jaw too hard. your breathing capacity might suck too. Those are the ones I could think of quickly. Could also be low on alkaloids or other important things if you are using a fat burner that is doublign as a diuretic.
Start using KY.
or u could get ur bf to stop piite! (no homo)
bar too high and you flex your neck to hold it in place???
Pinched nerve at the neck maybe??
bar too high and you flex your neck to hold it in place??? its more in the top of my head like a really bad headache...it just started happening recently, its happened while doing bench too just the pain wasnt as intense so i just kept going.....i think i might try taking a break for a week and if its still there go see a doctor
almost certainly a bisected artery that could lead to immediate death......
well possibly anyway I would see a doctor
don't trust doctors
whats a doctor gonna do? tell you to take some aspirin? Unless you get an MRI scan its pointless. Small chance this is serious get some health insurance and start using it.
has this ever happened to anyone before and what did you do Called an exertion headache, read the thread I made about this.
Drop your set down to a plate and use perfect form. Flex your traps and let it rest on the flat plane created. See if you're still having the pains. Increase the weight while keeping the bar on the plane of your back rather than the bone at the bottom of your neck (where many beginners to squats seem to place it). If the weight goes up and you feel no pain, it probably isn't overexertion, but could still be a bevy of other things. My guess is the placement of the bar, honestly.
its more in the top of my head like a really bad headache...it just started happening recently, its happened while doing bench too just the pain wasnt as intense so i just kept going.....i think i might try taking a break for a week and if its still there go see a doctor i had that for awhile too, you gotta breath more. i found that i was holding my breath quite alot when i was doing squats, and i had pretty bad headaches when i finished. just breath more and see if that helps.
its more in the top of my head like a really bad headache...it just started happening recently, its happened while doing bench too just the pain wasnt as intense so i just kept going.....i think i might try taking a break for a week and if its still there go see a doctor I know exactly what this is. They are called "Exertional headaches" and 99 percent of the time, the problem is that you are not breathing enough. This happened to me a while back and I took a month's break before lifting again. I don't have any problem with it anymore.
Bottom line: take a 2 week break, don't touch a weight within this time span because it might aggravate it again.
anybody ever saw stars while squating??
Your legs draw a lot of blood and its easy to get light headed or get some pain in your head. Just take it easy and be careful.
What the hell are you squatting on?(no homo)
ONE-TWO WEEK BREAK ABSOLUTELY NO LIFTING, ThEY ARE CALLED EXERTIONAL HEADACHES AND WILL SCREW YOU UP IF YOU DO NOT LET IT HEAL.
