DNP Cycle
Just came to this site from another. Just gonna add my other posts here to see if I get some good info.
I am looking around for as much information as I can find, and thanks to this board, have learned more than I even thought I needed to know. I've ran a cycle of DNP once, and did ok. I didn't take any precautions as far as Vit E, and the whole drinking of 2 gallons of water. Infact, I ate mostly what I wanted. Which is why I probably only lost 7 pounds in 2 weeks. So I want to start it up again. I am going to run another cycle, but because of the great cost, I am buying a nice amount from D. I see all the debates on whether to run a longer low dose cycle or a shorter medium dosed one. Just looking for some guidance. Will start in approx. 1 week, so I figure maybe it might even be good to start on a low carb diet before the cycle, and post stats and pertinent things so that people can correct me before I get on DNP.
Starting:
Weight 225 lbs, ~ 19% BF according to the army.
Height, 6'1''
I will take my last meal of bad icky carbs tonight, and start in the morning with a low carb regimen. I was thinking about eating something every 2 hours instead of 3, because I work a 12 hour shift, so I figure Ill eat only at work, work out right after work, then sleep. I intend to keep this up for a while, seeing that I really dont want to go out until I've changed enough to amaze the friends.
Meals: (probably will vary every few days, but mostly like this as much as possible)
Meal 1: Oatmeal (1 cup), handfull of strawberries, splenda for oatmeal
Meal 2: Protein Shake- (Syntha 6) 2 scoops, ~ 400 cals
Meal 3: 2 cans Tuna (~200cals) mixed in with large salad, and 2 tbsps of free ranch. guessing its about 350 cals maybe?
Meal 4: 6 tbsps of Almonds (320 cals), man I love almonds.
Meal 5: 2 chicken breast (no skin, grilled on George Forman Grill), 1 cup of whole grain rice and 1 cup of greenbeans . I don't have a clue to the cals in this, but it doesn't seem to dirty, plus It is something I can eat everyday. If I have to I can change it with salmon or even lean beef sometimes.
Meal 6: 1 cup fat free cottage cheese (200 cals)
(20 min cardio) (as much weight lifting as I can while on DNP) If I have to, Ill just walk for cardio once farther in the cycle, I just dont want to feel lazy, plus in about 2 months I have a PT test for the Army. Just found out I will be going to Iraq, and will be attached to 82 airborne's Combat Support Hospital. HOOAH!
Contemplating whether I should take a protein shake after workout/cardio????
Hit me up with ideas. If I get bored with meals, Ill try and stay within my limit, but I've heard it isn't nearly as important as it would be not taking DNP, but I figure every little bit helps.

Looks good just eat at maintenance or under and you will drop a lot, I trained for the first 5 days then or so and then I couldn't even sit at my pc for long because i was getting so hot, and i was around you stats.
Just do 400mg a day for 12-16 days imo, it will be hard, it will be nasty but ull look good. Oh and I did, 1000IU Of Vit E, 600-1200mg of Ala, 3 grams of Vit C to be on the safe side.

Ok, so for the last few days, I've been eating every 2-3 hours. mainly clean foods. When in doubt or in a hurry, I open a can of tuna, throw it in a bowl of salad, and WALLA!
On another note, I've been staying away from carbs for a few day, hoping this might help when I start the cycle. I don't really understand the theory behind this, but I've read it countless times that it is a good idea. Still pretty sure I am going to go with a longer cycle at a moderate dose.
So correct me if I am wrong. If I take the first few days to get used to DNP once again. Taking one 250mg pill, I would start taking it every 12 hours at about 4 days.
This is what I worked out after the 4th day:

Each bar being how long the pill approx. lasts in the body. Meaning The most you would have stacked up on a 1 pill every 12 hour cycle would be ~750mg.
I am aware that at about 14 days, the human body starts to get used to the substance, and it looses some of its effect, so that leaves me with a question.
In many readings, it is advised to slightly increase the dose so your body can still be affected by the pill. So I figure dropping the dosage time might help. On the 14th day, instead of every 12 hours, cycle every 10 hours. Maybe do this until day 20, where I might be able to drop the dose once again to every 8 hours.
Now sorry if this get confusing, but if my calculations are correct, that would mean that the pill that would be taken before the every 10 hour cycle starts would still last 36 hours like every pill does. So, that would then cause the last 6 hours of that pill, and every one after to leave ~ 1000mg of DNP in the body.

I see the problem right here * (on top of the *, because that would mean 4 pills would end up stacking.)
I want to try a longer cycle. ~25days. But I want to be at a moderate dosage. I figure Instead of chaning dosages, and amount of drug taken, I can subtract from the times I take for a slighty high concentration in the body.

So my question being, would it be more feesable to use 200mg pills once started on the 10hr cycle?? OR Just Keep going at the normal 12 HR cycle??

im not sure how much the spacing will matter
i always felt the heat and sides 3-4 hrs after taking it, no matter what dosage i was at(other than 200mgs a day)

DNP is the shit,
id love to get some more of this stuff, feel like shit for a week but fcuk the results are increadable.
My waist went down 2 inches in 10 days, i did 400mg /day.
