Are you happier when youre bulking or cutting?
i think it goes both ways. i'm happy when i'm bulking cause my diet is less strict and i like to get stronger and see more muscle in the mirror. when i'm cutting however, i like the lean look and i'm more attractive
I am happier when I am cutting, I am so vain :)
it depends on the person. i think i'd be happier cutting because i have to eat less food and more time to do other stuff

Emotionally I feel better when cutting.
Physically I feel better when bulking (more food, less cardio).
I stay ppretty lean all year and actually enjoy what I'm eating no matter what my goals are. Therefore, I'm happy all year round!
overall i say cutting, because seeing more definition everytime makes the strict diet worth it
I'm emotionally happier cutting but my tastebuds and stomach are happier bulking. I'm happiest while maintaining you know the period right in between cut/bulk.

Cutting. I'm always a bit sluggish when I bulk no matter what I do diet wise, just what a surplus of calories does to me. When I am cutting (only cut once) my energy tends to be good all day.

Overall im not really happy doing either becuase when I do them I push it to the limit. The only thing that keeps me content is my motivation and seeing results.

I went up from 140 to 220 at 5'9 by eating pizza and burgers. I feel better than ever. strenght gains make me feel good.
