Highschool relationships, worthless or not?
My good friend always advocated in highschool to never date til college because it would be worthless. I however did date in highschool and believe it helped me in the long run. In highschool I had this gf who was my first and I was so blinded to not see that she was actually a hoebag. Idk something about losing my virginity to her made me obsessed with her and made me act like such a pussy. All my friends told me she was bad news but I laughed it off thinking I knew better. She ended up dumping me a week before junior prom and I felt devestated and wrecked.
However that one experience made me way more of a man now with girls than I would've been if I never went through that bullshit. Now I'm able to screen out most of the hoebags and actually act like a man in the relationship. My friend that I talked about earlier just got his first gf in college and now he's completely vagwhipped, he doesn't even hang out with the guys anymore.
What are your guys views on precollege relationships. I think the experience you gain from them is worth it in the long run.
as long as you don't get any stds, its worth it. the more experience, the better, I say.
I am going into my senior year and have been dating the same girl since the end of 8th grade. I still enjoy highschool and im pretty damn happy. Great girl. We have our problems, yeah, but so does every relationship. we're both willing to work hard at it. we've overcome lots of obstacles, and it has proven to one another that this relationship could last. I guess it really just depends on the people in the relationship
girls in college are no better than girls in high school. If anything, they are even less gf material now that they have their freedom and unlimited access to alcohol. I've met very few girls in college that I would consider gf material.
they give you experience, a better understanding on how to handle situations in your future, also they tend to be very fun.
Overall, 95% aren't ment to last, but its more of a learning experience, everyone should have atleast 1-2 in highschool, but make sure they dont take up to much time or you will severly regret it.

nah, I don't date..just **** around. Too much drama and backstabbing. If I did date a girl now she would have to be from another area or school. I'll get into serious bullshit after my 20's.

No. wait until you're 25+, every good man i know has told me its the biggest mistake you can make.
as long as you don't have an unrealistic view on expectations of them..theyre worth it for the experience. cant take them too seriously though cuz theres a very strong chance it wont last.
don't do the relationship thing until after highschool/uni/college, there's SO many girls to be had man, don't tie yourself down.
i think unless youre looking to get married within the next couple of years, theres no point of getting into a serious relationship. and why would you waste the best years of your life being tied down to a girl?
