Hip Hop fans - whos album will be better? Kanye vs 50 Cent
Whos album will be better? They both come out the same exact day. Sept. 11.
Both artist came out around the same time and both artist have two main albums out so far. So far both of 50 cents albums have slighty outsold Kanyes first two albums.
Im going to have to go with Kanye West as being better. Hes more of a passionate MC IMO. Plus he is a great producer and will probably produce alot of his own songs. Discuss.
I'm going with Kanye West. A lot of people think he's an arrogant prick, but I see him as a smart businessman that knows how to get free publicity and market himself and his work.
Either way, Kanye's music is a breathe of fresh air in hiphop... plus I can't stand 50cent.
I hate both of their music but i still think Kanye's will be better.
50 has been putting out 120313890 mediocre singles for his new album and none of them have been hitting so I will have to go with Kanye.
I'll go with Kanye too. Seems like every 50cent song as the same beat to it.
LOL this is no contest, nothing. 50 Cent had to rerecord tracks because his cd was sooo bad. Now 50 is not a small artist he is pretty powerfull so for his record label to say it was bad means it was pathetic. Also its not like the record companies have a high standard lol. And lastly who really thought 50's last cd was good? Would you call 50's last cd rap? He is just a copy of Ja Rule-no lyricalability and ran out of content for his music (is R&Bing just like Ja Rule; the reason 50 said he hated Ja is because Ja kept singing).
Just like Common said "With 12 monkeys on stage its hard to say whos the gurrella you was better as a drug dealer" LOL

50's first Cd was the essential rap/hip-hop album of this generation but since then, he's been releasing mediocre stuff. Whereas Kanye's 2nd album was amazing, he's only improving.
The problem with 50 cent is he now believes in his own hype. I saw an interview where he said, I'm 50, I sell albums, that's just the way it is" or something like that. He just assumes since he's so popular that he's gonna win. I don't know that everyone knows Kanye as much but when the awards happen, 50 has got nothing.
50's rap won't save him now, Kanye makes the best beats, bar none, next to Timbaland.
Also, did anyone here the Graduation mixtape?? It's genious, something to tie you over for sure.
