Today Health Direction

lower abdominal pain
about 3 weeks ago i started having some minor pain in my lower abdomen. at first i didn't pay any attention to it but it's gotten worse and worse since. i kept on working out and played football cause it didn't really bother me until now. yesterday night my girl was sitting on top of me ( just some cuddling) and i had to lift her off because of the excruciating pain right down my abdomen. it's still hurting now... it might be a hernia but i can't see or feel any bump which would typically appear in that case. i can't define the exact region where the pain is coming from either... anybody ever had anything like that before??
