Do you believe all "God" based religions lead to the same destiny...
or is there only one way to salvation? Maybe you believe in God, but that he simply created life and takes a passive roll? Dust to dust, so to speak.

Answer:

or is there only one way to salvation? Which "god"? Yes there is only way. His name is Jesus. :)

Answer:

Personally I believe it's all a matter of the heart.

Answer:

Which "god"? Yes there is only way. His name is Jesus. :) Why is that? What about those who never hear the meantion of his name, or it's simply looked at as just another regions interpretation of God and never looked into?
God has many names to many people. Surely you understand the concept I'm speaking of.

Answer:

God has many names to many people. Surely you understand the concept I'm speaking of. Actually only jews and christians believe in the actual God. Lotsa truth claims are centered on someone called "god", but none of those others really refers to God.

1 Corinthians 15: 17-19:
And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins. Then those also who have fallen asleep in Christ are lost. If only for this life we have hope in Christ, we are to be pitied more than all men.

Answer:

well, I think that humans certainly have a natural inclination for God, so in that respect it might be the same one

A good book on the subject is "The Gagging of God" by D.A. Carson

Answer:

I'm a Christian, so of course I believe that our entrance into God's kingdom comes only through the merits of Jesus. Knowing that, the Bible teaches that there are those who have never heard the name of Christ (or those who are not convicted of the truth), and thus God will base His judgement upon their conscience.
Either way, were it not for Jesus, it would all be in vain.

Answer:

 I think what he's saying is that everybody, regardless of where you are, is inclined towards God as he truly is, even if the religion in which they know is false and doesn't reflect God as he truly is.
Acts 17: 26-28:
From one man he made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live. God did this so that men would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us. 'For in him we live and move and have our being.' As some of your own poets have said, 'We are his offspring.'
But as ElderJefferson said, it doesn't change the fact that it is by Christ we are healed, and without him, all would be lost- which is why spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ is such an awesome and wonderful charge! If I were saying there was more than one way to heaven, then I would be the first to consider myself damned.

Answer:

Since all religions claim theirs is the right one, only one can be the right path. And since all religions and proven wrong in so many ways, NONE are the right path. There is no path. It is be a good person in this life so you live a good life in your one and only life before wasting it and becoming worm food.

Answer:

I know I just flamed the religious ah yes, a few examples of the insane: St. Thomas Aquinas, C.S. Lewis, Rene Descartes, Georg Lemaitre, Louis Pasteur, Antonin Scalia, Robert Nathanson, Copernicus, John Paul II.....they were certainly mentally unfit

Answer:

no.
unfortunately that is probably the most damaging myth that's being perpetuated now days in an effort to "reconcile" the different religions into that abomination of a thing called the multi-faith religion.
I don't believe of course that different religions should be killing each other but on a spiritual level there should never be agreement and tolerance.
Ephesians 6:12 - For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

Answer:

No, it is an untenable argument that God revealed multiple conflicting religions whose most basic theologies, morality, and even description of God contradict one another.
More likely, history is filled with con-artists, deluded individuals, and people with an inflated sense of importance that have created noise around the single reality that God had revealed.

What faith are you? Despite whatever it is, not everyone has been given your opportunity. Without question, like them, you or I would have been highly influenced through our experiences. God has revealed himself to man, but not every nation or individual will interpet his voice in the same way. I'd agree that there is but one absolute truth, but not that those who are ignorant to that truth will suffer hand in hand with those who reject it.
For example, say an African man lives a full and moral life. He has a good heart and lives unselfishly. Even to the point of being willing to die for his family or what is right. He is faithful to his wife, humble, honest, respectful, and prays to God as he knows him to be. You believe that such a man will be rejected by God along with deceivers, witches, whores, murders, etc...? That is senseless my friend. Quite honestly in the day of judgement this man may be found more faithful than the biggest named man who loudly shouts the religion you follow.

Answer:

yes, what verse? I was asking 'for which part of my post did you want Bible?', but I think I know.
"13(For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.
14For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves:
15Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another; )" Romans 2

Actually only jews and christians believe in the actual God. Lotsa truth claims are centered on someone called "god", but none of those others really refers to God. Actually you do not have a clue as to what you are talking about.. as proven by this post.. There are dozens of passages in the Bible that teach that there are many Gods... yep another EXPERT proving how much he does not know.
