I weigh every Wednesday and today I was down to 201. In late June I was 221. So I've lost exactly 20 pounds in a week under 2 months. Lost 4 this past week and lost 12 over the last 3 weeks. 4 pounds each week. I've done it by walking 5 days a week, at least an hour each time. I lift weights twice a week but not very much. I also eat right. I really only eat 1 meal a day.

You can say what you want but it's working. :) That's because you're over weight. Anything works when you're over weight. The problem is that it's drastic and you could have a rebound affect. Anyone can not eat and lose weight. You're not eating! But doesn't mean it's healthy at all. One meal per day doesn't even meet your nutritional values. Having a deficit in several nutrients screws up everything. If you think losing weight means you're going to be healthy, that's not true. Might as well do it right.

BUT, what you're really doing is starving your body and most of that weight will probably be much needed muscle.
You need about six small well balanced meals a day bud.
Although my progress may not be as drastic as yours, I know that if I'm losing 2lbs of weight a week and lifting heavy and often and putting in cardio.. But most importanly eating 6 small portions a day. I'll be getting there on the right foot.
You'll rebound badly mate if you eat anything thats above your current 1 meal a day.
Your body will think its starving and hold on to what it can as fat. You'll end up being a fat skinny bloke... Not good.

As someone who has lost 320+ lbs, I have to advise you against eating one meal a day. It does not work in the long run. The minute you start eating correctly again, you'll gain back all that weight and probably about 30 lbs. more on top of it. You are damaging your metabolism as we speak.

The weight loss isnt bad but you could do the same thing eating 3 meals a day doing light weight training and keep on doing your cardio. I will say this though, the damage has been done so I would start slowly taking in extra snacks along the day to go with your one meal and slowly make it so youre eating 6 balanced small meals a day. Start by taking in a piece of fruit or a couple sticks of celery every 3 hours and build on that. Lift the weights to make some muscle gains. Muscle burns fat so it can only help and it will make you look better over all.
You did start off bad but it doesnt mean you are going to rebound..start eating more food a bit at a time and increase your exercise..a protien powder works well also as a small meal and will help you greatly.

i dont want to discourage you, but i predict that you will eventually gain all the weight back because you really havent adjusted your lifestyle. what your doing is simply a quick way to lose weight, so when you reach your goals of x amount of pounds, you will HAVE to eat the same way as you did to maintain that weight. just my 3 cents
OMG man, please dont starve yourself, you need to eat at least 3 times for the day, read all the post in the nutrtion section and make some health meal plans please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well if u r goin to just eat 1 meal a day, do the velocity diet lol, the loss of muscle for u will b much much lesser, if any....

I was eating only one heavy meal a day for couple months. also lifting and doing 4 days a week. I didn't loose a single pound or body fat. Then I had to change my eating habits. When I started eating 6 small meals a day, it started working. ever since I started this diet seems like I am burning fat everyday. I see it and I feel it.
By the way can anybody tell me how to get cut in the face. how to get bony cheeks?
My face didn't start to get cut up until my BF dropped to about 14%. Looking younger every day.
