On average i eat two table spoons a day or more.......is it bad......oh and my stools are really loose (i suspect its from PB because i started eating it recently).......do loose stools mean my body isnt digesting the PB properly??

Two Tablespoons really isn't that much. Its fine.
As for you stools, I don't know.

to be honest if your working out the likely hood is you will be under eating on the kcal side of things, so it is probably healthy to have a couple of spoons fulls in order to boost your kcal's up and give your body something to use as energy. i wouldn't worry about it!

Well, you were bound to hear it sometime. "If it fits into your macros, then no, a couple of tblspoons or more of pb isn't bad."
Asking a question like, "Is two tblspoons of peanut butter bad?" is very vague...for some people it is, others it isnt.
Atm we don't know your diet/weight/goals, so we can't judge your over all caloric intake, and thus not letting us give you an honest yes or no answer. For me, I eat pb every day as well, but I keep it in moderation. I would consider looking at your avatar pic, and guessing you workout decently hard in the gym every day, that a couple of tblpoons of pb is fine. Just don't go eating entire jars of it every day and you'll be fine.

I really need to cut down my Natty pb intake so I can feel your pain. I think you are fine as long as you aren't abusing the rest of your diet.
