Well,I Kill myself working out and staying away from food that is obviously against my diet and after all my studying, i still cant figure out how to tighten up along the lower back area on the sides. I believe it still qualifies as obliques. My stomach is tight, my sides well off. but all my back workouts only hit my lower back in the center and not where im trying to target. if you have anything workouts or ideas, please let me know.

Well, the ideas off the top of my head are: 1) HIIT (where you do like 30 seconds of all-out speed running, then 30 seconds of just walking and alternate between sprints and resting for maybe 30 minutes) and 2) CKD-cyclic ketogenic diet, or some variation of it like high-carb/low-carb days, ABCDE, Delta 1250.
There's also the aspirin, caffeine and fake ephedrine stack.
Anyone else with ideas?
