1st Post - Not new to cycles, but have a ?
Yes, this is my first post, but not my 1st cycle.

First, just wanted to say what's up and get the virgin posting behind me.. :)
Secondly, need your help with damn water retention issue. I have searched for about 2 days reading all of the old threads about water retention and yes I have read about adex, letro, aromasin, etc... Problem is I am drinking 1 1/2 gallons of water a day and I started eating watermelon today to help with the bloat, but I still feel like a damn blow fish..
I am four weeks into a 400mg Test Cyp and two weeks of Deca 200mg. My diet is very clean and as I said before, I am taking in lots of water. My source takes about 2 weeks to get the adex and as you know, it's pricey..
Any other suggestions to combat this water weight?
Lastly, I am a triathlete who stays relatively lean (not as lean as most of you) and I am trying to pack on 10lbs of lean muscle. My body stats were (prior to starting my cycle):
6'1"
184 lbs
11% BF
And in 4 weeks, I am up to 195, but I swear 7-8 lbs has to be water weight.. I need to shed the water and maintain my gains from the cycle. So, will clomid allow me to keep most of my gains? When should I start running it? (10 week cycle)
I appreciate your help and if you would, please address as many of those questions as possible. - Let the flames begin! :)

Cardio - High Intensity Training 4 days a week - 1hr each I can't chime in with anything helpful regarding the bloat, but if you want to put on 10lb of lean muscle, you probably need more than 2800 calories a day. Especially if you're doing a lot of cardio...

What are you trying to accomplish with you 8th cycle here? Did you get anywhere with your first 7? I have to think at 185 pound after 7 cycles maybe you need to go back to the basics and try something new or different. What you're doing isn't working...

Are you serious? You are no where near ready for gear. You should be MUCH heavier than that naturally prior to using gear. Obviously your diet is extremely wrong at 2,800 calories per day... Lifting routine is most likely on the same level.
If you want help with diet or a split I can help with that, I don't feel comfortable helping with your usage of gear as you are no where near close to ready for it. Not trying to sound rude at all, but seriously man I get more calories than your daily intake from my first two meals of the day...

but still id get my diet and training on check, i was bigger then that at 16

Why do you think eating like a bird (2,800 cals/day) is enough?
Why do you think at 185lbs you are ready for AAS?
I can go ahead and assume your training is as shitty as everything else you're doing. Drop the steroids right now and go into PCT. Recover from that and put on a good 20+ lbs of lean weight naturally and then maybe you'll have learned enough about proper diet and training that you can consider what you're doing now.

Run an AI with cycle i.e. Adex, Proviron, drink lots of water and low sodium

Yes, performance enhancer and for gaining size. I am competitive here locally and I need an additional "edge." My workouts are designed for speed endurance, but I have scaled back as our season is coming to completion. I have two races left in the next 2 months to complete the series and a little extra size/ strength would help me in the swim & bike.
And honestly, 10lbs of lean muscle puts me exactly where I want to be.

Ok, i'll play nice.
I'll believe your training for strength and power is working for you, and that you are far stronger than the average 185lb bodybuilder (lets be honest here guys, we're in it for the size and most of us could never compare with dedicated strength athletes). So, since you've been training for strength how about giving us a few of your best lifts? so we can see how well your training has worked.
And honestly, 10lbs of lean muscle puts me exactly where I want to be. As for gaining 10lbs with a 10 week cycle that should be easy enough at your weight, assuming the 2800 cals a day you eat is holding you steady at your current weight you want to add atleast another 500kcals a day to gain weight, personnaly, i'd suggest going closer to 1000 extra kcals a day and eating in the range of 3500-4000kcals a day, this should help you reach your goal of 195lbs
Since your asking for help you'll find people much more helpful if you give us more information to work with, what were your previous cycles? what results did they give you?
As for keeping your weight when you stop juicing yes, clomid will help, however, most guys would recommend Nolva (a quick search will tell you why). You'll also need to keep your calories as high as possible during PCT to avoid losing your new found weight.
Hopefully some of this helps, though you really should consider other avenues since you dont need anabolics for your goals.
