well i start the vdiet monday started at 287.5 at 35% bf today today i weighed at 277 wit still 35% i know this is water weight but how long before fat is burned do you think? doin a pretty hard liftin routine mon and thurs is chest triceps tues and fri are back biceps thurs fri a bout 10-15 mins and walkin about 20-30 mins...weds and sat will be circuit training and legs. how does that sound?
