ketosis during carb cycling question

ketosis during carb cycling question
So I'm doing carb cycling at the moment where I have a high carb day, low carb day, and no carb day (40g of carbs) and then I repeat that cycle. My question is that I read your body needs 12-16 hours to go into ketosis so is there no real point in having a no carb day during carb cycling because by the time my body goes into ketosis it won't burn that much fat? Also will low intensity cardio in the morning help get me into ketosis faster? if yes, should i not eat any carbs before or after because that would defeat the purpose? I'm just afraid if i don't have any carbs in me then glyconeogenesis might occur and my muscles might suffer. Also when i researched carb cycling extensively it said to have a 45/15/40 (P/C/F) but reading through keto threads I see you should have 65% come from fats. Should I up my fats then i guess?? Any help????
