What do you guys think is the best hardcore bat burner on the market right now ?
Mapp gas will burn a wooden bat in no time I'm sure. But I guess you meant to say "fat" burner haha. Sorry I love pointing out hilarious typos.
The best fat burner out there is a strict diet and not relying on rediculous what I call "glorified caffeine pills" to lose the weight for you. In all my years of training myself, and training others, and being a gym rat I've never EVER heard a single honest testimony to a fat burner since back the the Ephedra days when people would literally jack themselves up on Ephedra and run around like maniacs (the good ol' days right? haha)
However. If you are already on a good strict, and well thought out diet and exercise plan and just need a little extra kick you can try the EC stack. Get some Ephedrine, and Caffeine pills and stack one or two little Ephedrine pills with a regular 200mg Caffeine pill about 30 minutes before a workout.
...it beats drinking those disgusting N.O. powder mixes.

You can buy Bronkaid OTC at Walgreens, CVS, etc. 25mg ephedrine - This coupled with caffeine pills (200mg) = EC stack. Cheap and better than any "marketed" fat burner available, IMHO
better to get pure ephedrine. Guaifenesin does not help and it may have negative effects because its an adrenergic blocker and anaeasthetic

From what I can gather - what made Ephedra products so successful is the Ephedra Alkaloids that are contained in the Ma Huang plant. The synthetic version of these alkaloids is what is found in OTC drugs such as Bronkaid.
The stuff you see on the other side of your link, is made from Ephedra Viridus which is a variety of plant that does not contain the Ephedra Alkaloids, thus it is legal - meaning it doesn't work like we expect "banned" ephedra to work.

how often do you take the ec stack 25 mg which would be one bronchaid everyday and just 200mg caffeine right before cardio?
To put it frankly none of those products work very effectively.

also the increased activity level from using stims does increase total metabolism. Its not just the increase in metabolic rate by which stims benefit you for fat loss. For instance allowing you the performance increase to run that extra mile (hence why they are banned in sports)
