I didn't sleep, school starts in a week and I have to fix my sleeping pattern. Will not take a nap today but will kind of feel like shit.
It's 5:30am in the morning, what should I do? I want to do something productive

I wake at 5 normally, when I wake up earlier than that, I either work out, jerk off, or go into the office (I can pretty much make my own hours)
