Ok, when I went to college I had joined a fraternity( i am no longer affiliated...became a brother and dropped out officially, talk about drama!)
anyway, during pledging we had this awesome vote system that allowed us to "black ball" any fellow pledge that we so chose/didn't get along with.
Black balling someone meant that they would be "kicked out" of the pledge class and could reapply next semester/year.
Someone would need to suggest that someone was to be blackballed, and a vote would then ensue.
We needed every vote in the pledge class in order for it to go through, however I think a solid 90% should work in the misc.
SO who is up for a "black ball" clause in the misc? Someone can call you out and after everyone(person calling for black ball and person being black balled) has given their half of the story, the misc can vote and decide if the person can stay.
I believe many nonsense posters will be taken out this way and lead to a much better misc.
