Summer heat+Contact lens+fan=dried eyes. what can i do (serious)
The fan in my room dries my contacts and my eyes fecken hurt what can i do to keep them moisterized. eye drops dont really wokr since i would have to do it every 15 mins.
Take them out and wear glasses while you're in your room.

Take them out and wear glasses while you're in your room. ^^ either that, or buy saline drops to keep your eyes moist. How much water are you drinking? if you're dehyrated yourself your contacts will be uncomfortable, they could even pop out of your eyes, really.
off subject, but i went for a trial yesterday, they were so awesome ! much better than glasses, i then realised how handsome i really was (no homo)

Contacts are the best thing in the world. If you have been a prisoner to glasses your whole life like I have you cant believe how freaky it is to SEE without having glasses on. Your brain has to adjust to it.
Get the eye drops they sell named "Blink" they are pricey but do work better than the others. Im saving for lasik right now. I never want to wear glasses again for daily life. I will wear my glasses lounging around later at night or first thing in the morning but thats it.
Also keep glasses around in case you need to see fast, like during the night etc. Other than that try Blink eye drops out and see if it helps.
Try putting a drop of cleaning solution in each lens before you put them in. It sometimes helps.

I got some contacts the other week, they're good.. but I can't read properly with them. Looks like I'm going to have to get the RGP ones :(.
Can't wait to actually experience rain though.. I've had glasses since I was 2 years old.
has anyone here, fallen asleep with contact lenses on and woken up witgh perfect vision thinking "it's a miracle!" and then 5 seconds later you realise you just forgot to take your contact lenses out! :D
