Is it bad to be hungry for and hour or two or should i eat something right away if i get hungry??
I usually eat very much during a day and on the days when i dont work out i feel like im gaining alot of weigth and getting fat since im not burning as much cal as i do on the days i work out, but i eat about the same amount every day.
I dont know my cal intake or how much cal i use during a day, so dont post stuff like if u get more cal then u use u gain weight...

Fitday.com was stress. It takes a long time to find the right food and i dont even know what all the food i am eating is called in english (im norwegian). And there were lots of food i couldnt find... so it will not be accurate so i dont bother.
U can create custom foods . . .

I've done that 4 a lot of things that aren't in their database.
