Diet timing/supplementation/pw/pwo help
I know there are tons of threads like these but I was wondering if I could get some advice and if we could create a sticky.
I have been taking 1/2 serving of ON Serious Mass as PWO for the last few days and it leaves me feeling full as hell, basically takes the place of a meal. Tomorrow I will be hitting the gym at 8:30am and I will be waking up at 7:30am, what should I eat PW, PWO, and for the rest of the day? I finish off each day with muscle milk pre-bead.
I was wondering if it would be ok to have some sugary cereal + 1 scoop whey + water PWO and I don't know what to have PW nor when to take the serious mass. Or would it be ok to have sugary cereal + milk or sugary cereal + whey + water PW? Can anyone offer some advice? Thanks in advance.
I also feel that there should be a sticky with some sample meal plans for working out at different times of the day for bulking/cutting.
