Gym Recommendations
Right now I am at my local YMCA and it's got a pretty decent gym with a good free weight and machine selection. I will have to pay $58/month starting in September. I don't really use the pool much, so some of my money in my opinion is going to waste. I can use my gym at school for free but here's the problem: I go to school three times a week, with two of the days back to back. The gym is open 12:30-3:30, but I don't have to get to school until 6:30pm some days. Round trip, it's an 11 mile drive from school back, while to my Y, it's 6.5.
Here's my question: Renew my membership in September with my Y, use the schools gym, or try to find a new gym? There's not really a good selection of gyms in my area and the few I know of, I am unaware of their prices or services.
Try to find a gym that is just a weight room and it will probably be cheaper (unless you actually want to swim and stuff). Mine is 18 a month and we got free weights, barbells, treadmills, squat rack, etc...
dont go to planet fitness(yes im a member:()

That's pretty much what my school's gym is, but I guess I should add that my schedule makes it hard to work out around that time, between work and an online class that I am taking, it doesn't leave much time in the middle of the day. There is a gym simply entitled "Gym" I believe that I might take a look at. Is there a price limit that you would recommend I try to look for if it's just a weight room and not much more?
