Anti-Cortisol on Keto?

Anti-Cortisol on Keto?
It seems like taking an anti-cort would be pretty beneficial on a keto. Ive tried to understand some of the scienc jargon on other website and from links posted in this forum. Does this sound right? I was thinking taking one in the AM before eating, before the gym, and before bed.

Answer:

And why would it be beneficial?

Answer:

Insulin is a lot lower on a keto diet obviously. Cortisol and Insulin levels seem to run inverse to eachother. This would mean that cortisol levels may be higher. This could lead to catabolism, and glucogensis, which I would image should and is aimed to be avoided. I would rather have my protein and preworout bcaa be used to build and repair instead of converted in to glycogen for energy. If I am wrong someone please correct me!!!

Answer:

BCAAs prevent cortisol release, that's why I take 'em

Answer:

Don't forget, catabolism doesn't mean muscle breakdown, and cortisol also stimulates fat oxidation. It pretty much calls all soldiers to the front lines. It's not the worst thing ever in the world. :)
