1/2 cup low fat Cottage Cheese
1/2 cup natural Yogurt
2 tblsp on PB
cals=350
P=26
C=24
F=16
lol, you guys are missing my point! I am not saying mix peanut butter in things, everyone does that. I am saying mix things in your pb, like maybe spices or flavorings etc.
Made my own Reeses pb cup:
2 tbsp natty PB in small plastic container
sprinkle in 1 tbsp GROUND oatmeal
sprinkle in 1 tspoon cocoa
1 pckt Splenda if you want it sweeter but not really needed
DONT MIX with spoon just shake so all dry ingredients adhere to pb
Can go back in fridge if you want to keep it really solid
Tastes Awesome easy to pack and take to work

only thing i would toss in my PB would be cottage cheese and stir and place that in the freezer for about 10 minutes after stirring and you got a nice thick peanut butter surprise that i call dessert every night :)
Oh Yeah!!
I do this all the time with cocoa powder. Sometimes I'll use cinnamon, but usually the chocoholic in me reigns supreme. X2, I call it "amended peanut butter" -- YUM!
