Muscle Fullness

Muscle Fullness
What types of foods / nutrition make your muscles fuller? For example...last week and prior to that when I would drink water (lots of it) I could literally feel my muscles getting tight and fuller. What was the cause of that? Lately, I haven't been getting that feeling...my muscles don't feel tight. Do oats do that? Because I ran out of oats a few days ago and I think (not sure) ever since I stopped eating them I lost that effect. I've been trying out Waxy Maize Starch and supposedly its supposed to do what was happening to me a week ago, but its not. The effect was unbelievable...I felt tired everywhere like a brick wall. I'm going to start eating oats again and see if thats what it was.

Answer:

When you eat carbs and sodium your body retains more water. If you want that fuller feeling that retaining water gives you start taking creatine.

When you eat carbs and sodium your body retains more water. If you want that fuller feeling that retaining water gives you start taking creatine. I do take creatine...both Kre-Alkalyn and mono...I take kre-alkalyn in the morning on empty stomach and mono when I workout. I think it might've been the kre-alkalyn thats actually making me lose the feeling. Ever since I started taking that I've lost the fullness feeling...hmmm why could that be? It is either that or the oats. I'm gonna start eating oats again and stop the kre-alkalyn and stick to just the mono. The mono makes my muscles rip from my skin I love it. Its EAS Phosphagen Creatine Monohydrate...its amazing. I respond well to it.

Answer:

Carbs
