What can be replaced?

What can be replaced?
I'm currently bulking. I'm 27 years old I weigh 181 lbs. My current food plan is below. I'm trying to get to about 190-200 lbs and then do a clean cut. My question while on a clean bulk is what foods can I replace the brown rice, low sodium green beans and the mixed veggies with? I'm usually at work and prefer quick meals, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I would advise that you take food with you to work if you are serious about bulking. Do you think I'm eating enough?

Answer:

Do you think I'm eating enough? No I don't, 10oz of Tuna and some Vegetables is a cut meal, not a bulk meal.
Another example- I do not count Almonds when I bulk. :D
