Hey guys,
I have a question about nutrition after HIIT. Currently I am treating it like a post-workout, but i lighten up my shake a bit and use 25 grams whey and bout 45 grams dextrose. I also add in some Glutamine sometimes. I normally have it like 15 min after i finish but I'm not sure if this is the best approach. Right now im in a cutting phase so im trying to maximize fat loss. About an hour or two after I have a meal with some whole foods. Does this sound OK?
