Your going to find that most soups (especially canned) contain an extremely large and unwanted amount of sodium. White pastas in the macaroni and cheese are one of the worst things for you. If your going to have mac and cheese try subbing in a whole wheat pasta in its place.
Ditch the corn bread and muffin mixes and the mac and cheese. Eat oat bran muffins if you want a muffin, and like the poster above me said, whole wheat on the pasta. Also lose the mashed potatoes and go for sweet potatoes or baked potatoes. For the soups, sodium is high yea, but it won't kill you. I love chicken noodle and manhattan clam chowder.
