lifting to loose weight in the PM
I do cardio 4 days a week in the morning on a empty stomach for 30 minutes and during that I jog for 3min sprint for 3min then walk for 3min and repeat.
then after I down protein shake.
then I like to work out at night before bed. My question is working out at night better then or the same or worst then working in the morning? My main goal right now is to cut the fat get real lean then bulk. I have lost over 40lbs. And feel like am at a plateau and cant loose anymore. Other problem is I haven't been lifting lately over the past month just doing cardio. so lifting at night will that burn more fat?

yes, any lifting will burn fat. also the added muscle will up your RMR.

also what is the best time frame to workout after eating, a 1/2hour 1hour? also should I drink a protein shake right before and after? Sorry so many ? on here.
