Need variety examples of meals 40%prot/40%car/20%fats
Hey guys and gals,
I am Male, 26 years old, currently weigh 239 at 26% body fat. My wife and I just signed up with LA fitness last Monday, and we're serious about excercising, weight training and changing our diet. I've already converted to eating six small meals a day that is mostly a makeup of 40% proteins, 40% good carbs, and 20% essential fats. I am sort of running out of ideas of what types of meals I could make though and would like a little more variety if you guys have any opinions.
So far I have made the following:
chicken breast + organic whole wheat toast + butter substitute that has monunsaturated and polyunsaturated fats.
Cottage cheese + Oatmeal + Skim Milk
Chicken Salad sandwhich with very little miracle whip, on organic whole wheat bun
So anyway those of you that eat 6 meals a day or so, could you post what your meals are or give me additional recommendations?
