Hi everybody. I'm from Bulgaria and I have a national contest on September 15th. Last year I was second in my cat. till 70kg. This year I will be in 75kg. I want to ask you what are the tips to load the last 2 days before the show. I read a few days ago that some competitors in Usa use Creatine Monohydrate 2 days before the show...
Last year I ate sweet potatoes 2 days before the show and I stopped the water. But I want to try some more and new for myself tips like this with Creatine. I'll be very thankful if you tell me more tips to try. There will be 4 competitions in a row and I want to be in a best shape on each one. Thank you very much and good luck to all of you.

take creatine it helps especially when you are trying to eat 6 to 800 gram of carbs a day. During the first day of carb loading i would stick to foods with a high glycemic carbs like white rice white potatoes, white bread then on the the second day switch over to low glycemic carbs like brown rice, red potatoes, wheat bread. I cunsume 20 gram of creatine monohydrate but since I am lowering my water i dont add much water to creatine it is like syrup pretty nasty but by this point you should ust to eating things that don't taste that good.

Wow,i would spill over big time with 800 grams of carbs,i even spill over with 300 grams of carbs... yeah 800 is way too much but it depends on the person... 300 is too little for me and i dont even eat that much carbs ... more of a ketogenic type of guy :). But its all individual and i havent done that many contests to really nail it...

opa. zdr... i az taka kato teb. iskam da se suztezavam v gorna kategoriq. sled prednoto si suztezanie kachix mnogo muskul izglejda shtoto sega 30 dena predi purvoto mi suztezanie za esenta sum v sustata forma no s 4 kg otgore. celta mi e da kacha pone oshte tolkova za celia si osnoven period sled suztezaniqta, t.e. zimata che da moga naprolet da uchastvam na kvalifikaciite i tozi put da sum purvi i plutno da sum izpulnil kategoriqta. nai hubavoto obache e che tezi suztezaniq sega ne sa vajni za men i kluba mi i shte moje da se eksperimentira. zatova i pochnah da vlizam v tezi saitove. che belkim naucha kakvo pravqt horata na zapad i da go probvam. sega zasega shte probvam kreatina 2 dena predi suztezanieto. dano samo ne se ovodnq neshto. ;) kak proticha podgotovkata pri teb. v nastroenie li si da pishesh ili vuobshte da pravish kakvoto i da e bilo? az bqh kato umrql 1 sedmica predi tova. :))) druj me v techenie na neshtata. int mi e mnogo. az ne moga da spa chovek. samo tui mi e v glavata iskam da se razvivam... na kakva muzika shte izlizash... az veche sum si izmislil suchetanie i muzika tozi put dosta po otdalech a ne kato predniq put 3 dena predi tova. :))) aide zasega tolkova! jiv i zdrav!!!
