is this counterproductive...?
is this counterproductive...?
i was wondering if someone met all their protein requirements but not necessarily consuming enough carbohydrates, if this would actually be counterproductive for putting on muscle/mass. I seem to be getting a lot of protein and THINK im gettin enough carbs but i haven't really seen a lot of gains. i just started controlled labs-green mag and am hoping this will help. I know protein is really important when trying to gain muscle, but carbs are important too for fuel for your body right? if anyone has any tips that has taken green mag and seen positive results, help a brotha out :) Thanks
