Body Fat estimate
This question was originally from a different thread that got hi-jacked. My scale has two settings and I'm trying to see which is more acurate. I am 6'4"
216lbs scale says body fat is 20.5% or 13.6%, depending on setting.
Here are a couple of pics, maybe a few opinions on the percentage.

average the two... maybe a lil lower

Skinny/more ripped guys tend to give higher bf% estimates, I ain't one of them :D
closer to 13 than 20.
id say 13-15.
