My friend is about to start his first cycle. Currently he takes the following sups:
Pre workout: A N.O/Creatine booster
Post workout: Cellmass
With b'fast: Multivitamin, C, E
Before bed: Cellmass
Plenty of water and protein throughout the day. So his question is, what does he "need" to take with his gear cycle? Just the vitamins? All of the above just stay on same supp program?
Any advice would be helpful. I tried searching the threads and didn't find this mentioned, but I apologize if it's a duplicate question. Just post me the link to the old thread.
