Hi All,
I Am Wanting To Cut And Am Trying To Find Out How To Go About It, I Have Read On Various Post That You Have To Create A 500 Calorie Defict In Your Diet. However I Am Wondering If This Number Needs To Be Reduced From Your Bmr Calories Or Your Maintenance Calories.
E.g.....
Bmr = 1752 Calories - 500 = 1252
Maintenance Calories = 2409 - 500 = 1909
Also Is This 500 Defict Soley To Come From Food Alone? Therefore The Above Figures Would Be Without Training At All.
Which Of These Is Correct?
Can Anyone Help With This?
