Hey guys im just trying to get an idea of what you guys think my body fat % is. I posted pics a couple days ago and asked later in the thread but no one really read it i guess. I'm just trying to see if i seem to have a lower % than some of you stated a few months ago. I know these threads are a dime a dozen but some thoughtful input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
11-12% id say, nothing higher than 14.

As cut as you are I would guess around 7-9%.
