i started round about November 2006 with just the dumb bells and started this yr with the barbell- i weighed myself yesterday and yh im 170 pounds

I have been taking protein 4x a day eating plenty of fruit and chicken and stuff like that i bench press once on one day and then work on my abs the day after giving my arms a rest.

i need help with my abs the inclined sit ups dont seem to help me much any tips?

I bet hes 170 or atleast close. I've got a friend whose 170 and looks just like him. I don't know how my friend weighs so much and niether does he because hes not very muscular and probably around 13-15%bf. Looks very similiar to the OP.
